Introduction

Dans une petite casserole, verser 20cl de crème liquide (vache, soja ou autre).

Chauffer et couper le feu dès le départ de l'ébullition.

Plonger dedans 12 pistils de safran et couvrez. Oubliez la le plus longtemps possible, 1/2 au minimum.

Dans votre poêle, chauffer votre beurre à feu vif et saisissez vos St Jacques brièvement.

Nappez les avec votre petite sauce après l'avoir réchauffée.
